About Vivport
Vivport exists to answer that question honestly for anyone accountable for work getting done.
Our Mission
Vivport is three layers on one graph. The first is evidence: capture of how a business actually operates, sold as software and priced to trend toward nothing. The second is execution: agents acting on that evidence under approval, so the work gets done with the audit attached. The third is the direction of travel — as operations are recorded over time, the ratios between decisions, actions, faults, questions and risks will show which protocols and processes actually perform.
For the longer version — how the layers stack and where this goes — read our investor thesis.
Why We Started
In a knowledge business nobody can tell who makes good decisions, and work falls through the gaps between people. The evidence is all there — it arrives as correspondence — but email keeps the message and discards what it obliged anyone to do. Vivport was built to keep the obligation, not just the message.
Why We Started
In a knowledge business nobody can tell who makes good decisions, and work falls through the gaps between people. The evidence is all there — it arrives as correspondence — but email keeps the message and discards what it obliged anyone to do. Vivport was built to keep the obligation, not just the message.
Who builds it
Vivport is built in Brisbane, Australia by a founder who spent twenty years building the reporting that businesses use to run themselves. Vivport comes from the other end of that problem: the evidence the reporting never saw.
The AI Colleague
The other half of Vivport is artificial intelligence — engineer, editor, and endlessly patient rubber duck. We don't play favourites: whichever model is best for the job gets hired that day, and not one has ever complained about the paperwork.
Our Values
The principles that guide everything we do at Vivport.
Human in the Loop
You approve what matters: drafts before they send, events before invites go out, automations before they run. Neo does the work; you make the calls.
Privacy & Security
Accounts support MFA and passkeys (WebAuthn), permissions and groups are scoped per hub, and the hub is a hard tenancy boundary — one business's content never leaks into another's. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Continuous Innovation
We're constantly improving the platform to better serve the way project-delivery businesses actually work.
