This policy covers vivport.com and the Vivport application, operated by Vivport Pty Ltd (ABN 18 699 971 143) of 73 Gracemere Street, Newmarket QLD 4051, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Our approach is designed to align with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, and company name.
  • Content you provide to or connect to the service: connected email and calendar data, documents, files, photos, recordings, and AI-generated drafts and outputs.
  • Billing information, which is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.
  • Contact-form submissions on this website, which are relayed to us via EmailJS.
  • Basic technical logs, such as access times and error records.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and use this information to provide and support the service, to bill you, to keep the service secure, and to improve it. We do not sell personal information.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to operate Vivport:

Cloud hosting providerHosting of this website and the Vivport application.
Third-party AI service providersAI processing of your content to organise it, extract obligations, draft outputs for your review, and run automations you approve.

AI processing of your content involves third-party providers located in the United States, which means some information is disclosed to overseas recipients as described in Australian Privacy Principle 8.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access to personal information is limited to those who need it to operate and support the service.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your information while your account is active. When your account is closed, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted within a further 30 days. You can also ask us to delete your information earlier by making a verified request to dirk@vivport.com.

7. Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing dirk@vivport.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Data breaches

We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected people and the OAIC.

9. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. It uses your browser's local storage for one purpose: remembering the site version so your browser can load the latest release.
